Schooley Mitchell consultants Linda and Brian O’Sullivan recently volunteered for packing food boxes for an event called “Thanksgiving for Thousands” sponsored by Mountaire Farms in Selbyville, DE. Brian and Linda were part of a team that filled 10,000 boxes of holiday food (both Thanksgiving and Christmas boxes were filled) for local needy families who were unable to afford the full meal. The boxes included a frozen Mountaire roaster chicken, stuffing, gravy, green beans, corn and cranberry sauce.

This was a great event and ran like a well-oiled machine as each element was added to a box as it moved down a production line of tables, the boxes were sealed and sent out to local charities who feed the less fortunate.
