Question : What’s the one thing every woman in their career should know?

Jill’s Answer: “Don’t be afraid to make mistakes – this fear will hold you back. If you aren’t making mistakes, you aren’t taking enough chances. Take the chance, regardless of the outcome you will be better for it. You will learn some wonderful lessons and some heartbreaking lessons, both will help you grow into the woman you are capable of being.”
