OMNI provides a host of services to its residents including nursing and personal care, rehabilitation services, social programs, and much more. It has 18 homes across Ontario. Each one has been designed with a strong focus on maintaining independence, privacy, and security and has been finished in warm colours and comfortable furniture.      

At OMNI, every resident is part of the family. The staff are well trained and dedicated to providing high standards of cleanliness, nutrition, and support measures. They go above and beyond to create a positive, happy environment and give residents peace of mind knowing they are well taken care of.
