The branch I use to conduct my banking is located on Airpark Road in Gaithersburg, MD. Each time I have entered the branch, I have been greeted by cheerful and helpful tellers. The assistant manager, Carlo, worked with me to set up my business accounts. He provided knowledgeable and helpful advice and carefully explained my options.
What especially impressed me about Carlo was his desire to get to know my new business and his willingness to spend some of his time and effort to spare me some of mine. He provides excellent service and represents Sandy Spring Bank well.
