“On September 29^th, I had the distinct honor of being a table leader at Chapters Health Foundation’s 5th Annual Home Runs for Hospice event. The turnout was incredible; we raised over half a million dollars to support LifePath Hospice, and heard the courageous speakers who shared their stories about having a loved one in hospice. I truly believe the work Chapters Health does is vital to our community, and I am glad to have been even a small part of the incredible day.”
